Here's our fee structure:

1. You can sign up on our (Pro Active) Monthly Maintenance program for your PC's and servers, and receive a REDUCED hourly rate on service.

2. You can Pre-Pay for hours monthly (have a retainer of hours) and receive REDUCED HOURLY RATES for this pre-paid hours of service (whether phone, on-site, or remote)

3. You can just use P.I. on a AS NEEDED basis for a standard hourly rate of 150$/hr fee

4. We can come in and do a NEEDS ASSESSMENT and this is $500 and includes a Detailed Proposal, a Blueprint on how to fix the current problems that exist, and this $500 gets applied to any work we do!
